Entities. Conqord Capital, LP (the "Fund") is a Delaware limited partnership. Conqord Capital Partners, LLC (the "General Partner") is its general partner and Conqord Capital Management, LLC (the "Manager") is its management company; together, "Conqord Capital", "the firm", "we" or "us". The firm is based at 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 2235, Atlanta, GA 30326. Carter & Olay Investment Group, LLC, Tectonic Developments, LLC and The Carter & Olay Foundation are separate entities that are not affiliates of, and are not owned or controlled by, the Fund, the General Partner or the Manager. Mention of them here describes the principal's history only.
Not an offer or solicitation. This website is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, interest in the Fund, or other investment product, nor does anything on it constitute general solicitation or general advertising within the meaning of Rule 502(c) of Regulation D. Accredited investors only. The Fund is available only to accredited investors. Generally, an individual is an accredited investor if they have earned income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the two most recent years with a reasonable expectation of the same in the current year, or have a net worth over $1 million, alone or with a spouse or spousal equivalent, excluding the value of a primary residence, or hold certain professional certifications; entities qualify under separate tests. No investment, legal or tax advice. Neither the General Partner nor the Manager is registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, and nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to pursue any strategy. Content is general in nature and does not consider the circumstances of any person. No performance information; past performance. This website intentionally contains no targeted, projected or historical performance figures for the Fund or its principal. Any performance information will be provided only in the PPM or on request to qualified persons, with the assumptions and limitations that accompany it. Past performance, including the principal's prior activity in real estate, is not indicative of, and provides no guarantee of, future results.
Forward-looking statements. Statements on this website regarding strategy, criteria, market conditions, intended outcomes, community impact and the firm's plans are forward-looking, reflect the firm's current views and are subject to change without notice. They involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties, and actual events, results and performance may differ materially. The firm undertakes no obligation to update them.
Risk. An investment in the Fund is speculative, illiquid and involves a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment. Real estate investments are subject to, among other things, market and economic conditions, interest rates, tenant and vacancy risk, construction and rehabilitation risk, environmental and title matters, changes in law, zoning and tax treatment, and the use of leverage. Community impact statements. Descriptions of the Fund's intended community, housing-stability and educational effects are statements of the firm's investment thesis and intent. They are not guarantees of any social outcome, are not independently verified, and are not a representation that any particular property, tenant or neighborhood will experience the outcomes described.
Fraud and impersonation warning. The firm communicates only from addresses ending in @conqordcapital.com and never requests funds, account credentials or personal financial information by email, text or social media. The firm does not offer investments through third-party platforms, messaging applications or unsolicited outreach. If you receive a communication that claims to be from the firm and appears inconsistent with this notice, do not respond and contact us at info@conqordcapital.com.
Privacy and communications. Information submitted through this website is used only to respond to your inquiry or to send the quarterly letter, is not sold, and is handled as described in the privacy policy. Submitting a form does not create an investment, an offer, a subscription, a client relationship or any obligation on the part of the firm. Email is not a secure medium; do not send account numbers or other sensitive financial information.
Photography. Some photographs of single-family houses on this website are of properties in metro Atlanta acquired and rehabilitated by companies of the General Partner, including one photographed in south-west Atlanta in February 2019. Others are licensed street photography of Atlanta residential blocks, published to show the kind of neighborhood the fund works in rather than any property the fund has bought or intends to buy.
